Tips to Stay Cool
When the temps rise in the summer, you might want to keep the windows and blinds closed on the south side of the condo. You can also install window AC units, like some previous tenants. Some large AC units might trip the breakers, so try to get a small one. Do not install AC window units in the kitchen window or in the 1st-floor, front room windows.
